I blogged about my favourite children's book a couple of times here and on a lazy Monday morning whim, I checked to see if any copies were selling on eBay. My copy of >House by Mouse by George Mendoza had the first 2 pages autographed by a 3-year-old at some stage of its life so I look now and then to see if I can score one in better condition.
There is one copy for sale! But at US$1,128.98 (buy it now) it was an eye-popper.
I think I'll treasure my AUD$1.99 find a little bit more from today!

Wow!! That is a fortune!! The thing is, when you find out something you own and cherish is worth such a lot, it is still never enough to make you want to sell it (usually!) :)
