yorkshire puddings
so. i wanted to find out waht's so good about yorkshire puddings. the lady on TV ate like 160 a week.. so must have liked it...so i made a batch.
wow.
now i know why she was so... endowed in the waist and thighs.
it's just milk, eggs and flour... DEEP FRIED in LOTS of OIL.
so.
nothing fancy.
although there was a distinct taste of the English!
FATTENING.
not real nice. just FATTENING.
